As the Douglas Tilden statue featured earlier on this photo raised some curiosities, here's a closeup of another one of Tilden's works located on Market street. This one is entitled The Mechanics Monument and has been around for a little over a hundred years. Plenty of info on this bronze sculpture can be found here.
