The molded plastic base of a safety cone used to direct traffic around road construction. This was in a large stack of these cones that I found near the corner of De La Guerra and Anacapa Street in downtown Santa Barbara. The image shows the base of one cone, the top of the cone below it, and the dark space between them. |
