I think this is the first successful scan of I have posted of an image that was actually originally shot in b&w. Thank you VueScan, the software that ought to come bundled with every scanner instead of the crap the manufacturers put out.

I like the image quality that you got out of this one compared to your first shot with the "Made for soldiers, prostitutes, and horror punks". That shot was kind of washed out. This one is very smooth. (Smartblur?)
Any particular reason for your recent 電車 theme?

@Alex Lee: The quality was better on this one for three reasons:
1. I actually used a light meter for the exposure instead of guessing it 2. I actually looked through the viewfinder to frame it 3. I actually set the focus instead of guessing at the distance
The recent train theme is due the old Ricoh coming into my possession on the eve of a Golden Week train trip to visit a friend in Nagano. Naturally, I couldn't resist playing with in on the trains and in the stations.
