Mischief

These two bicycle seats are atop a public phone booth amidst the bicycle parking area at a bank. Apparently some mischievous person or persons removed the seats and tossed them up there for a joke. One of them has been up there seemingly forever, the other is a more recent addition.

The windows and curtains you see in the background are the second floor of the bank.
