This one is for tuttle as she commented that she expected to see a bride in front of that window in the last picture. Wedding photography just isn't my thing for a variety of reasons but this may be the closest thing you will get on this site.
I prefer the monk....LOL

Now that's lighting. Might actually prefer it without the splash of blue, but that's your artistic choice and it's beautiful nonetheless.

Wonderful image. It kind of reminds of Stevie Nicks doing a dance to the Fleetwood Mac song 'Gypsy'.

Yes, the blue floor was tempered with to make it look like that. A simple overlay brought out the color in the pic while masking out the other parts that I didn't want to touch. It was an afterthought and could have gone either way with it but I thought it added a subtle touch to the overall composition.

Both the monk and the bride are fantastic shots. I think the blue floor is a good enhancement, I like the way it almost looks like she is standing in water.
Isn't it great to have some favorite locations where you can go back to and create a perfect shot. So many times I see an excellent set waiting for a scene but it's usually not near where I live or easy to get back to so I can appreciate finding places close to home or work.
