Post Processing: I tried something new while editing this photograph. I was originally going to enter this photograph in the festival photo competition, and one of the requirements was to send a print 8x10. Since these boat races happen relatively far, even an 80-200 wasn't far enough for the races. but an 8x10 is also a massive enlargement so I doubled the DPI of the photograph before doing any editing, hoping that when I bring the DPI back to 300 the artifacts and such will seem less. I went through levels, and noise reduction in the 600 DPI version, and added the photo filter and smart sharpening when I reverted the image back to 300 DPI
