Apologies for the interruption. I got back from my Croatian holiday a few days ago, and it's taken that while to recover and return to something approaching normal. Refreshed (though not yet back to normal following my wrist injury), I'm full of the best of intentions to get back into the swing of things here at Shutterchance. By that I mean not only in terms of posting photos, but I also fully intend to return to my former ways of leaving comments elsewhere. I feel guilty about falling behind with this, since I owe a great debt to Shutterchance. So keep an eye out. Jimbo is back!
This shot dates from the week before we went away on our wonderful holiday. I've chosen this rather any of the many Croatian material I brought back because I'm finding it hard to settle back, and can't help comparing the Irish weather unfavourably with what we experienced while away. At least this image includes a bright blue Irish sky. (It was taken at Dún Laoghaire Harbour, beside the ferry terminal — and I've already uploaded an image for tomorrow which was taken at the same time and place.)
