Losing The Light

Losing The Light from duncmc via flickr.
An archive shot of the Humber Bridge from February this year. Again the high tide and stillness of the water made great conditions for photography. I have often been accused of adding the vertical light reflections artificially, but other than a white balance adjustment to remover the orange cast from the street lamps, and tweaking the contrast and saturation, this is as it came out of the camera.

This is a fantastic picture of the Humber Bridge. I’d actually really like to get a hard copy and frame it to give to a native of Hull who no longer lives there. This photo is miles better than any others Ive seen on the net. Obviously this is your own work and I dont want to copy anything that I shouldn’t. Is there any way I would be able to do this?
Cheers

Very nice. I like the mist adding a certain mood to the photo & of course, a portrait orientation gives it great perspectiv.
