Well, the Bailey household is having another baby. I've been spending the last few weeks finishing home repairs and trying to lose weight. I finished 5 projects and lost about 12 pounds. The only problem is that it left me no time to take pictures or process them. I took some time yesterday and revisited the abandoned Linfield Industrial Complex. I'll have a bunch of shots from there for your viewing pleasure and hopefully I can budget my time to post regularly. Thank you to everyone who has checked in to my site.

I'd hate to have to type on that!

@Daniel: My rate would be two words a minute.
Oh congrats!
That's a great find. There is a house a few blocks from me that has some very unusual "garden" decorations including a typewriter similar to this.

Like the way you composed this shot. Nice details and tones. Very well done.

Boy, you really WERE busy in more ways than one, weren't you? Congrats on the new ankle biter, guy. This old typewriter is a great find and lighting is wonderful. Glad to have you back. You left a big void here on the photoblogosphere.

Believe it or not, one of my college professors used a typewriter just like this one (but in better shape). He hated the electric typewriters (I wonder what he thinks of computers and word processors!). After over 20 years since graduating, I'm willing to bet that he still uses it.
