too much going on right now, so i haven't been able to catch up on everyone's blogs--and it's looking like it's only going to get worse. this is actually exciting for other aspects of my life but something has to give... i'll still be posting photos as i can, but since photoblogging is supposed to be my stress relief, not a source of stress (e.g. feeling bad when i'm unable to respond to comments or follow your work--not only because i so appreciate your having doing that for my work but also because i enjoy seeing and being inspired by yours), this will unfortunately have to be one of the things that 'gives.' again, danthro is not disappearing, just appearing less.
Comments, feedback, criticism, suggestions, etc. are always appreciated. Thanks! Image too large? Click the 'small' link in the bottom right corner for a smaller view.

I've never seen a cart like these. This structure is exceptionally clean. What a great capture. The greyscale really allows the eye to focus on the details.

great idea for a photo - certainly a different look at something as common as shopping trolleys - well done!

Although it's a "work" picture, it exudes calm and reflexion, nice composition and ryhtmic.

Yeah, I agree a bout the nice repetition of the carts - I also like the human factor too - not only for scale, but also as humor - is she holding them back from running away, or are they holding up a weary traveler?!

@Kevin at OrganicPIX.com: Thanks. I don't remember exactly what she was doing, stopping them for a minute maybe? I think she stood there a little bit after. I was actually just trying to get a shot of the carts before they passed and then they stopped, and then, even better, the person pushing them came and stood in front of me as if subconsciously posing for my shot! ;)
Cool bw photo!

Nice shot. So they let you take photos in airports these days do they? How did they know you weren't a "terrorist" casing the joint?

@Twelvebit: tell me you're being facetious -- i don't want to get in trouble for taking a stupid photo!
