Peace Vigil, Holden Village

Posted by Justin Haaheim (New Haven, CT, United States) on 28 March 2008 in People & Portrait.

In painful commemoration of five years of war in Iraq, and more in Afghanistan. Jordan, one of the young girls that lives at Holden Village with her family, lights a candle before the vigil. First in a series of shots from the healing and renewing week I spent with a friend up at the village. More to come.

Comments welcome.
