As mentioned in the previous post I'm mixing the New York shots up with some others that are closer to home. So, in stark contrast to the big apple, here is Selwick Bay, taken this weekend during the latest meet-up with Russ and Dave.

Sean 23/04/08 - 01:04:17 It's like they're floating on a cloud. Very peaceful.
leeroy 23/04/08 - 03:04:08 I like these ones much better than the NYC ones X)
Love that misty water effect. How long was the shutter speed?
Jon 23/04/08 - 05:04:11 Lee - thanks for your honesty lol. The shutter speed was about 2 and a half minutes. I used a 10-stop ND filter :)
Josef Renklint 24/04/08 - 18:04:05 Gorgeous shot. Love the grayscale.
Sysagent 27/04/08 - 14:04:00 Looks well Jon, I am undecided about the buttress far right though as it is neither bottom or top...
(If that makes sense)
LloydR 28/04/08 - 07:04:31 Very serene! I love this photo and it makes me want to go and buy a 10 stop ND filter :D
cako 29/04/08 - 10:04:33 Really mystic atmosphere. Great !
milou 02/05/08 - 09:05:01 To be honest, at the time I wasn't sure if the extended exposure would work but it does. Must be the chalk that acts as a reflector. I also like the mere whisper of pebbles in the immediate foreground.
Claus Petersen 15/07/08 - 20:07:19 I love how you have made the water look like fog in this image, it looks very alien!
