Amazing light here. Did you use a lot of post-processing to bring up the shadow detail?

Jordan, I didn't, I shot it for the mid shadows, the sun was hitting the window at the end of the hall directly and a lighter exposure would have blown out a lot more of it. Even with the exposure I used I had to quell the light from the window using a duplicate layer in PS blended with 'multiply' and masked around the window. There's not a lot of deep shadow detail but the light in general was glorious in there.

The detail in the darks is wonderful. Very nice dark contrast feel.
I Find it very hard to get B&W to look like this.
