The next few images are all close up details of some of the cars at Shakespeare County Raceway last weekend.
All images taken on Nikon D70 with 18-70 lens and various graduated Cokin filters.

A great composition, that blue and chrome are wonderful, someone really looks after this car well. I really must invest in some Cokin filters, I used to have a few when I had my SLR, sadly i can only find the sepia one.

Cars like this always show up well in their details . . there is a 'hands on- type feel to them that makes them come alive. Looks like a good series coming up.

A modified classic incredibe blue, Great shot and angle. We once had a 1951 Buick Riveria a British couple visiting the U.S. bought and shipped to U.K.
