Standing 295.8 m high, the Landmark Tower is the tallest building in Japan. A five star hotel occupies floors 49-70. The lower 48 floors include shops, restaurants, clinics, and offices as part of the program. The Sky Garden, and observatory from which you can enjoy a 360° view of the city, and on clear days Mount Fuji, is located in the 69th floor. The world's second fastest elevator, which reaches speeds of 12.5 m (41 ft) per second (45.0 km/h, 28.0 mi/h) is located in this tower. This speed allows the elevator to cover about one floor per second, reaching the observatory on the 69th floor in just one minute.

Is the metal loop thing a sculpture or a ride? It's pretty awesome either way. Great image, thanks for sharing.
