Not much of a shot, but a lovely flower. I'm too busy building web sites and arranging day care shoots (not to mention watching the Olympics) to be out there shooting at the moment, but I should get out this weekend.

• I actually really like this as a shot (and a beautiful flower as well)! I really like how the leaves of the plant are directed towards the flower. I think it's really pretty :)

• Well good you picked up on the compositional intention there Rach. That's what attracted me to the shot in the first place. I just think the bright bit at the top detracts from the shot overall.
