A marker of Australian spoken English is the rising intonation at the end of sentences. Here it even appears in written signs at the local markets.

just awesome! i have to show this to my friend who didn't believe me when i told her that it was perfectly natural and normal for aussie intonation to rise at the end of sentences... ha! :D
