I'm an amateur photographer doing my best to improve my photography. I Call my blog 'photos of the REAL world' because I dont use Photoshop to re-create my images. I see hundreds of really beautiful pictures on photoblogs which have had hours of photoshop post processing work put in to them. The pictures are amazing but to me these are beautiful art blogs, not photoblogs. The most I will do with my images is remove dust marks and perhaps apply a greyscale/sepia/filter etc. I dont belive in cutting and editing layers and I dont believe in taking an average photo and turning it in to something exceptional. If the shot isnt there, then I dont take it. Call me old fashioned... Anyway, please feel free to add any comments on my photoblog. Cheers Kieron |
