Territorial Lights
Territorial Lights #2
This is my 2nd attempt shooting at Tuas. This is the extreme end of Singapore. Any further will lead you to foreign waters hence the need for concertina wires. There isn't a single public bus that goes by this place and even taxi drivers don't know of it. Without my buddies, Imran and Sham, it would not have been possible for me.
This was shot a little earlier than what I had hoped to do. I was glad I did because the moment the sun went down, the cursed patch of clouds were just hovering above the horizon. For those wondering, it simply means show is over. No encore or lingering stray lights that we expected to see.
On the horizon, there lies an island on the right which I have no idea of its name or whether it belongs to Singapore.

PS: I still remember the nasty bug bites I suffered the first time I step foot onto the field. The scars left behind made me a little wiser to wear long pants and shoes. No more rolling on the grass while waiting for the sun anymore.
PPS: Happy Belated New Year! May 2009 brings you more great photos!
