Evelyn Shih is an inveterate traveler. Her transnational travels aside, Evelyn travels within her photography. Each image is a movement, a road, a river, a path, or a railroad track to somewhere else. Even in her images of people, there is a journey taking place. We are traveling somewhere new and refreshing, opening up different worlds.
