One of my favorite things to do is to take a walk and discover the hidden secrets of my neighborhood. Marcie Scudder finds the most amazing hidden secrets within walking distance of her home in Massachusetts: fishermen swathed in fog, acorns lit by golden light, and numerous varieties of animal life going about their everyday business. Peeking between blades of grass, around trees, and across lakes, Marcie captures the spirit of the quiet, detailed life of her neighborhood. And while it is quiet, it is not boring. It is full of beauty and passion, told through vivid colors, magical lighting, and wonderful object-oriented focus.
