Canadian Charles Bodi has long been one of my favorite photographers. I have been following his RSS feeds for a few years now and there is rarely a day when I'm not overwhelmed by the power of his images. He photographs industrial scenes like no one else, bringing old buildings and machinery back to life with deep, rich, powerful colors.
It is, however, his photography of women that keeps drawing me back to his site. Whether the women are viewed transparently over industrial scenes, backdropped by lush, thick greenery, or posing as retro pin-up girls, their beauty is drawn out by Charles. He is able to make women of all sizes and shapes gorgeous and sensuous in a way that is rarely seen -- but in a way that many of us wish we were viewed: luscious and ripe.
